Tori Perales brings over 15 years of experience and dedication to her role as Hospital Director at Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital of Wichita. She began her career in human medicine, earning her CNA from Wichita Area Technical College and working in home health care before transitioning to veterinary medicine in 2008.

Tori joined VESH Wichita as a Veterinary Assistant and quickly demonstrated a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and a deep commitment to patient care and team culture. She advanced to CSR Lead, then served as Office Manager for five years before stepping into her current role as Hospital Director.

Tori is passionate about supporting her team and creating a collaborative, inclusive environment where both people and pets receive exceptional care. She is excited to help lead the continued growth of VESH Wichita—financially, medically, and culturally—as the only emergency hospital in the greater Wichita area.

Outside of work, Tori enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with her husband, Paul, and their three sons: Gabriel, Isaiah, and Elijah. Their family also includes two French Bulldogs, Doja and Takeoff.
