An emergency or referral fee is charged to all clients. Initial fees will be discussed prior to examination or admission of the patient. After performing a thorough physical examination, a veterinarian will discuss diagnostics, procedures, and medications needed to treat your pet. Estimated cost will be discussed at that time. A deposit will be required in order to begin treatment. Payment in full is required when services are completed. We accept cash, approved checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
A financing option we offer to clients is CareCredit. Financing is available for those who qualify. You can apply for financing in person at Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital or online at Care Credit. We welcome any questions you may have about our fees and will do our best to work within the budget you have established for your pet’s care.
We offer veterinary financing through our partner, Scratchpay. Scratchpay provides simple and affordable payment plans for pet parents. Checking to see which plan is best for you does not affect your credit. Find a plan now.
